What is not refundable

• Domain registrations, transfers and renewals once submitted to the registry
• Setup fees and third-party licences (where applicable)
• Renewal payments, after the renewal date has passed
• Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy

How to request a refund

Open a billing ticket from your client area. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
